These Terms govern your access to and use of stylefinden.com, its content, and its features. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the two operators identified below. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site.

1. Who Operates Stylefinden

Stylefinden is operated by Furkan Titiz and Çağatay Ak as natural persons. Stylefinden is not currently operated through a registered company, registered business, or formal partnership. The name “Stylefinden” refers to the site and brand; it does not identify a separate legal entity.

2. Eligibility and Children's Use

Stylefinden is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, you must not subscribe to emails, contact us, or otherwise provide personal information through the site. If you are at least 13 but have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the site only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. What Stylefinden Provides

Stylefinden provides fashion, outfit, hairstyle, accessory, trend, and shopping-related editorial content for general information and inspiration. The site may also provide quizzes, device-local saved-content tools, recommendations, optional email newsletters, and links to third-party retailers. These features do not create a Stylefinden user account.

Stylefinden does not sell or ship physical products, process retail checkout, handle returns, or provide retailer warranties or customer service. The site is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or other regulated advice.

4. Editorial Content and AI-Assisted Material

Style recommendations are subjective and may not suit every person or situation. You are responsible for considering relevant health, safety, workplace, school, event, cultural, and dress-code requirements.

Some visual or written material may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-generated or AI-assisted visuals may be illustrative rather than literal depictions of a product, person, result, material, fit, color, or construction detail. Verify material purchase-related information directly with the relevant retailer.

5. Third-Party Retailers and Links

Any purchase is made directly from the retailer under its own terms and policies. The operators do not control retailer products, descriptions, pricing, stock, sizing, payment processing, delivery, returns, warranties, customer service, security, accessibility, or privacy practices. This does not limit any non-waivable right or claim you may have against the operators based on their own conduct.

6. Affiliate Relationships

Some links may be commission-eligible affiliate links. If you buy through one, the operators may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We aim to disclose that relationship clearly and close to the relevant recommendation. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use the site for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not interfere with its operation or security; gain unauthorized access; introduce malware; impersonate others; evade technical controls; place an unreasonable load on the site through unauthorized automated extraction; or use the site to violate law or another person's rights. Lawful activity and general-purpose search indexing that follows our published technical instructions are not prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

The site's original text, selection, arrangement, branding, interface, and original visual assets may be protected by law. Third-party trademarks, retailer materials, licensed assets, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms restricts fair use or another statutory exception that applies without permission.

Rights complaints may be sent to hello@stylefinden.com with the subject “Copyright Complaint.” This channel does not represent that the operators have appointed a US DMCA designated agent.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Cookie Policy explains cookies, browser storage, and available controls. These notices do not reduce rights provided by applicable law.

10. Availability and Site Changes

We may add, remove, suspend, or change content and features for editorial, operational, legal, or security reasons. Device-local saved items and quiz profiles are not an account, backup, or synchronization service and may be lost if browser storage is cleared or the feature changes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Stylefinden and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, error-free, complete, accurate, current, or purpose-suitable service or content. Nothing excludes a warranty, right, or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from the site, its content, or third-party links. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only as permitted by law and to direct, reasonably foreseeable loss.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, legally protected death or personal-injury claims, non-waivable privacy or consumer rights, or other liability that applicable law does not permit the operators to exclude or limit.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their place of residence.

Where lawful and reasonably practicable, contact hello@stylefinden.com before filing a claim and allow 30 days for a good-faith informal resolution attempt. This does not prevent urgent relief, action needed before a limitation period expires, or direct access to a court, consumer authority, regulator, or other competent body where law permits or requires it. These Terms do not require arbitration, waive participation in a class action, or make Mersin courts exclusively competent.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for changes to the site, law, security, or our operations. We will provide prominent on-site notice at least 30 days before a material change takes effect, unless an earlier date is reasonably necessary for law or an urgent security risk. Revisions apply prospectively. If you disagree, stop using the site before the revised Terms take effect.

15. Severability and No Waiver

If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

16. Entire Agreement and Contact

These Terms are the entire agreement concerning access to and use of Stylefinden, except where another written agreement expressly applies. The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, and Legal Notice provide additional information but are not silently incorporated as additional contractual promises.
